Nagios XI 5.7.0 - Update Issue

Post by Branigan »

Hi Team,

Can you kindly assist with an issue being experienced after updating Nagios Xi from 5.6.14 to 5.7.0

All "User" contacts have no access or sight to the Hosts and Services that they previously had access to.
No issues with Admin accounts.

Tried to view Notifications and see the following Error seen as a Normal "User": SQL Error [ndoutils] : You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near *** at line **

Please assist.

Regards
Branigan.

We believe this to be a bug in 5.7.0

If you unzip the attached file and use it to replace /usr/local/nagiosxi/html/db/queries.inc.php it should resolve the issue
queries.inc.php.zip
