Operations Screen Audio Alerts

Hi Team,

Just seen the update for 5.7 saying "Operations Center now supports customizable audio alerts for those wanting to reinforce critical notifications."

I can't seem to see how to do this so is there a pdf on this with instructions not listed on the usually admin/user support pages?

Click "Operations Center" in the menu on the left (Note: Not Operations Screen - this is a different component)
At the top of that page click the "Configure Sound" button.
That will let you configure which events trigger a sound as well as upload a custom alert sound if you want.

Yep! @GldRush98 is right.

Click Operations Center under Quick View on the left pane of the home page > then click the Configure Sound button at the top of that page.

We do not have a .pdf document on that feature yet, as it was just released.

If you don't see the Configure Sound button at the top of your Operations Center page, we may have to troubleshoot the upgrade.

Awesome thanks guys - the weirdest thing was the button was not there when I checked yesterday and now it is literally right there so don't know how I missed it - thanks again - now I'm off to dig out some Star Trek Bridge computer sound effects !!
