Help - Nagios XI is down after update 5.7.0

After updating to 5.7.0. all services and host show "PENDING" and nothing is is monitored.
Can you help ASAP!!

reboot the server and tried the db fix. nothing....

What DB fix are you referring to? Can you show us your /usr/local/nagios/var/nagios.log with any errors that you are seeing?

I Ran repair script:
/usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/repair_databases.sh

I'll get the log.

I also notice that NSClient++ is not part of the Wizard now:
"Configuration Wizard: Windows Server - Step 1
Setup NCPA"

instead of nsclient wizard. really need the old way working. we have an old install.

There is no log file in your path.

If you're still having db issues can you do an:

ls -l /usr/local/nagios/var

and give us the list so we can find what you should be sending us.

There is now a separate wizard called "NSClient++" that can be ran in place of the Windows Server/Desktop wizard, it should have the same options as before but it's named differently.

Upgrading to Nagios XI 5.7.1, which was released yesterday, should fix the issue with pending services.
