Re: Wizard upload failed

The IBM wizards did make a brief appearance installed by default (one or 2 minor versions), however were pulled for security reasons, and because we are not the authors of the wizards, cannot offer direct support for them, the decision was made to pull them from the product and have IBM offer them as an addon as they are supporting them.

Nothing in that file while I upload the zip file for the "Manage Config Wizards" for IBM i.

This sure if this is interesting, but I share:
I'm using a NAT address to reach Nagios from our intranet network. That could be the problem for the upload.
But I have also tried directly from the network where Nagios is and it's the same.
In both case, noting in /usr/local/nagiosxi/var/cmdsubsys.log while uploading.

That is strange. I just remembered there is a way to install it from the CLI

Code: Select all

/usr/local/nagiosxi/tools/install_configwizard.php --file=/path/to/file.zip

Thanks! Should I use the user apache or nagios to install it?
