Nagiosxi install - Sourceguardian error script 11.

Doing a new NagiosXI deployment, received a new error onthe install I have not seen in any previous deployments; Whats the work around?

I just ran touch installed.foo to get passed this error, but running into a whole mess of other others I have never seen that are related to our ks images. Maybe someone modified my kickstart, please disreguard this thread.
