SMS Verification Timer Reset

Is there a way to reset the SMS Verification code timer? If a SMS provider is selected from the drop down under notification methods, but save is not clicked first, the SMS with the verification code will not be sent to the user. I assume it gets blasted out into the aether somewhere.

I would like to ask if there is a way to reset that timer instead of waiting for the 60 minutes to elapse before sending it again?

You can force the server to resend the key by entering the following link in a web browser.

Thank you @jbrunkow! The timer eventually elapsed and I retried after, however I'll pocket this for later use as I'll inevitably try to send one without saving again in the future.
