No such file or director

everything was running smoothly until i get to this point where it says in documentation,"/usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios -v /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg" and i got this Error: bash: /usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios: No such file or directory

Any Ideas Please?

Well... that means that the nagios binary doesn't exist or you have installed nagios in a different directory. If you haven't installed it in a different directory than the default, then maybe run the compile again and watch carefully for errors during the compile or install process because it might not have gone as well as you thought!

It might also help to know which guide you are using (just in case you are using a repo instead of the source)

I upgraded 3.1.2 to 3.4.1 recompile everyting and it working perfect thank you so much for your quick respond.
