We are running Nagios XI 5.7.2 on Linux using MySQL.
Some of the screens like the Operations Screen and the Notification lists aren't matching up when I look at them through Nagios Core.
For example the Services(unhandled) screen in Nagios Core doesn't show the same as the Operations Screen in Nagios XI.
The Notifications in Nagios XI are only showing notifications from a couple days ago, where Nagios Core is showing the latest notifications.
In the Operations Screen, I can't force an immediate check and when an service is acknowledged, it doesn't clear off that screen.
I've tried running the repair_database.sh script but that didn't help. The scheduling queue seems to be updating.
I don't know if clearing the nagios_servicestatus table would fix it or not. I could update the next check times in there, but they still won't clear in the Operations Screen.
I would upload my profile, but since it has IP and servernames, my company wouldn't approve on an open forum.
Nagios XI and Nagios Core aren't matching up
