How to configure the cluster hard drive

Hi

We are configuring the windows and sql server database performance counter using nsclient++ and with check_nt plugin . I have sql server database hosted in cluster , here we have two nodes for the cluster and database data is placed in cluster hard drive .
I would to know how to configure the cluster drive in order to monitor disk usage and below perform counters using perfmon tool . Here L is the cluster drive .

PerfMon Logical Disk L: Avg Disk Queue Length
PerfMon Logical Disk L: Avg. Disk sec/Read
PerfMon Logical Disk L: Avg. Disk sec/Write
