Nagios Event are not reaching to Moogsoft

Hi Team,
We have tested on few servers by doing server down and expected host down alerts but its not pushing to our event management tool(Moogsoft) while its showing in notifications and logs.
Our Nagios and Moogsoft integration is done by Rest API.
