Next Scheduled Active Check: date shows year 2070

Hello Team,

Am facing an issue that next scheduled check parameter shows about 50 years from now on . But its been scheduled to run every 5 minutes once .

Am using nagios core version 4.4.4 .

Current Attempt: 1/3 (HARD state)
Last Check Time: 03-18-2020 14:52:31
Check Type: ACTIVE
Check Latency / Duration: 0.000 / 2.064 seconds
Next Scheduled Active Check: 06-26-2070 14:57:31

Last Notification: N/A (notification 0)

What could be the reason ? , server resource issue ? or is there any bug reported ? .

i took sample of 10 hosts and here is the data .
