I do not think so, we are sucessfully monitoring Gigabit ports on our end. I would suggest you go through the /etc/mrtg/mrtg.conf file and edit out every single entry for the particular host that you are try to add the port to and then rerunning the wizard, that should fix the problem.

I found the root cause for this issue, in the service description some of wild cards were mentioned (**Bandwidth/1GB**) that causes this issue. Once i removed those wildcards...... It started works.. Thanks!
