Hello,
I'm facing a problem with my client. During the Analysis of our hard drive containing all the backup of the system, some anti-virus (Mcafee, Microsoft and Nano-Antivirus) have detected something strange in this file "NRDS_Win_32.exe".
This file is located on the backup extracted directly from Nagios XI. :
NagiosBackup-11102019.tar.gz\NagiosBackup-11102019.tar\nrdp.tar.gz\nrdp.tar\NRDS_Win_32.exe
Nagios is installed on CentOS 7.6. So it's a bit strange having a ".exe" inside the linux backup.
Here the virustotal scan : https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/588 ... /detection
Can the support confirm (or not) that the file is legitim ?
Thank you for you're reply.

Re: NRDS.exe flagged as virus
Hi,
A great question and those are legitimate files that we include in XI and are used as download links for setting up NRDS, confirmed this with development.
