Issue adding Vcenter to Nagiosxi

Post by mejokj »

Hi Team,

We have installed box293_check_vmware Plugin in nagiosxi and added VMA host in it successfully.

But while adding the vCenter to the VMware vMA Settings Manager component and after click on apply settings we are getting a blank page/500 internal error.

Kindly suggest us on this issue.

Followed the below steps

https://exchange.nagios.org/components/ ... 3&cf_id=29

• Click the VMware Settings tab.
• At the bottom of the screen, Tick the checkbox.
• Type the IP Address or DNS name of the vCenter
server or ESX(i) Host.
• Select the Type of host from the drop-down menu.
• Click the Apply Settings button.

Thanks,

A 500 response code is often caused by limits set in php.ini. Use https://support.nagios.com/kb/article/n ... e-611.html to increase those limits and test again.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.
