198.140.134.10 is an external address (probably Office 365). The Nagios server can't reach port 25 (firewall). I need to go through the gateway: mail.saq.qc.ca to reach it.

The settings for these would be found at Admin -> Email Settings and can be adjusted there, however if you have a firewall blocking, that would have to be taken care of by your firewall team

Why do you want me to change my email gateway to: 198.140.134.10. Because from the log, you can clearly see that Nagios is sending multiple emails.

You posted the below previously:
typer100 wrote:Hi! Emails are not going out. This is what I got from the /usr/local/nagiosxi/tmp/phpmailer.log.

This was where I got 198.140.134.10 from.

Your most recent post shows the mail going out properly and being accepted by mail.saq.qc.ca

I apologies for that, I missed that tgriep suggested that, talking to him it sounds like he saw 2 sources in the header your provided and was trying to see if that would be a potential work around.

Looking through the profile, the only thing that I see could cause what you showed from the Nagios server side would be if one of the email that you are using for the contacts in the xi_unix_contact_group was a mailing list that also included this same contact.

An additional possibility would be in you had specified Global Event Handler
Admin -> Manage Components -> Global Event Handlers -> Edit Setting

I have other contact groups for differents alerts that are getting multiple emails. As for the Global Event Handlers extensions, we didn't modify the config.
