Dear All,
I have nagios XI 5 and we used to recieve mail notifications if a service is down. Last couple of months mail notifications stoped working. If i go to mail setting and send test mail i recieve that test mail normaly. Also if i send from cli also i recive mail normaly. But when service is down i dont recieve. Could someone advice me please where to check?

HI Pantos,
Sounds like an issue with the configurations. We usually track this down in the nagios.log and cross-check this with the mail log for errors.
