Contacs defined despite no one is in config

Hello there,

normally I'm running NagiosXI but here I have a remote Plant of the company running Naemon&Thruk and since I cannot for the life of me find the Problem and Naemon is pretty much Nagios Core I hope that someone would like to help me despite Naemon is --- well, smth different.

I have services defined which tell me that everyone is contact for the Service. BUT: in the cfg file there is no one defined and NO Template is used.
So where do this contact definitions come from?
Does anybody have an Idea?

Is there a possibility to globally force contacts on every Service?
