all Client show CPU/Memory/Disk Usage UNKNOWN error

Hi sir,

I use trial Nagios XI and deploy to my some Linux hosts.
All Linux is up but show all CPU/Memory/Disk Usage UNKNOWN error.
Could you help me and training me how to debug it?

HI @anchen,

Thanks for joining the community forum. What agent did you install on the LInux host, NCPA? If so, make sure you have the correct token in your check command.

Hi benjaminsmith,

I use deploy agent to install NCPA agent.
Don't use manual install agent.
So I don't know root cause in where.
