We are making tests with group views and multi-tenancy, It works fine with hosts, but when we want to apply group views to services or service groups it doesn't work as expected, user that don't belong to user group that can see the service are still seeing that service. It only works when applied to the hosts, is this the normal behaviour? There are any way to apply group view to service and not to the hosts and his services?
Thanks.

Re: group views with hosts and services
I'm not sure I am clear on what you are trying to accomplish.
The ability to view items is based on the user being added as a contact for the item.
Once thing to note is that if a user is a contact for a host they can see ALL of the services on that host.

Solved, the problem was that host still belonged to the contactgroup
