Hi,

While there isn't a dedicated Palo Alto wizard you might try using the SNMP Walk Wizard . Also, there are a few community developed plugins in the Nagios Exchange that maybe an option.

thank you, i tried the snmp walk wizard and it was too confusing for me, i got a bunch of mibs but nothing really useful, however i used the snmp linux wizard and i can see one for cpu but not memory, i also checked the 3rd party plugins and could not find anything for memory as well, are you sayin there is no way to measure memory for Palo Alto?

Usage:
./check_paloalto
Parts are:
load -> utilization with thresholds and performancedata
sessionuse -> capacity of sessions with thresholds and performancedata
state -> Shows in HA Cluster if its active or passive
temp -> Shows Temperature with thresholds and performancedata
fan -> Shows fanstatus with thresholds and performancedata
uptime -> System uptime
cpu -> system CPU

Hi @rnjie ,

Whether or not that metric is available will depend on the hardware provider. You can check the vendor's documentation on this. Additionally, it will be necessary to add the MIB to Nagios XI.

The steps are covered in the guide below.

Using The SNMP Walk Wizard
