Good evening all,
I have a situation where I would be required to change the local npca agent(NRDP passive) from using port 443 for outbound data to a non-standard port. Is this possible to configure?
Changing nagios agent from 443
Re: Changing nagios agent from 443
You would need to configure the XI server to listen on that other port for NRDP to accept it, if you've already done that you would just add the port to the parent URL under the [nrdp] section of the remote servers ncpa.cfg file.
Code: Select all
parent =https://YOURSERVER:PORT/nrdp/Re: Changing nagios agent from 443
Hey Sean,
Thank you for the info. We had to get it working in a different manner by proxying the connection and doing the connection through our infastructure.

Sounds good, thanks for the update! Are we okay to lock this up and mark it as resolved?
