You may be hitting a bug with the new NDO3.

Does the service show properly in the Nagios Core interface here?
- Just use your XI credentials to login

No, on nagios core interface the problem it's the same

The plugin seems to be fine, I labbed it up with your output and it's working properly, this must be something lower level than the plugin (likely in the SDK that is different when run with a TTY (from the CLI) and without a TTY (kicked off in the backend by nagios)).

Please create a ticket for this and include a link back to this forum thread so we can get a remote session setup:
