Does a /usr/local/nagios/var/rw/nagios.cmd exist on your system?

Sorry for my late reply but i was not available in this day's.

This "out of notification period " came from the Check_MK interface (because nagiosXI interface is still not updating) and was an error in the time periods
config file, there was a day missing. The Error always happen on Wednesday and the service resumed always on Thursday.

Does this behavior exist if you (temporarily) disable the check_mk event broker in the nagios.cfg and restart nagios?

I honestly can't say where check_mk is getting it, are you seeing it in the nagios interface anywhere?
