Router port on Nagios stuck in unknown status

Post by vijilants »

Nagios XI - System Info
System
Nagios XI version: 5.7.2
Release info: nms1 3.10.0-957.5.1.el7.x86_64 x86_64
CentOS Linux release 7.6.1810 (Core)
Gnome is not installed

Hi,

Using the Network / Switch wizard, I set up , scanned and applied a router configuration however status unknown appears to be stuck on one of the scanned interfaces on one of our nagios systems.

Code: Select all

TPIUKLD5MWR01
View service status details for this host

GigabitEthernet0/0 gi0/0 VL40 TPIUKLD5MWR01-LCDRMWR03 Bandwidth
	Unknown 37m 58s 5/5 2020-10-29 07:28:49 /var/lib/mrtg/10.1.2.206_1.rrd does not exist.
I also now have another switch port which was scanned that has status unknown for the last 30 minutes.

To add to this I have noticed that none of our bandwidth utilisation graphs are working !...in other words evey grapg is showin a line across zero bandwidth utilisation.

Every bandwidth graph appears to have stopped working from Monday 26th at 10.47am

Something has clearly stopped working.

Can you please advise asap ?

Update: I have opened an official ticket on this as we need to get this working straight away

Many Thanks
