Not always receiving Recovery alerts

Hello, I'm trying to figure out why we don't always receive recovery alerts on checks. We get the problem alert but when it clears it doesn't always send a recovery alert. I verified Recovery is turned on under the Alert settings for the check and the notification is set to "Skip". What could be the possible causes for this? The service was not flapping either.

The check I was looking at today was using "check_nrpe" for the command if that matters.

Please go to Reports > State History:
- Adjust the Period to include the time this occurred (go far enough back that it includes the host state, we need to see it)
- Select the host from the Limit To dropdown
--- Don't limit on the Services, we want to see host AND service states
- For Type, select Both
- For State Type, select Both
- For State, select Any
- Click Run

Please send me the report, you can either download it as a PDF or CSV.

Additionally, let me know the exact name of the contact/host/service that you are for sure received the problem but not the recovery.

The issue with this was caused by DST, the systems were in downtime when the recovery should have sent so it was suppressed.
