Hello Team,
We have added some extra RAM to our Nagios XI server today. After the server was rebooted, all services are running fine. Monitoring engine as well is running fine.
Its been almost 2 hours now. The active checks status and Monitoring Engine Event Queue status is not updating. We do not see any notifications as well.
The services which were in pending state before reboot are still in same state.
Could you please help us on priority?

Hi,
https://support.nagios.com/tickets/
Please attach a system profile right away so the support tech can begin to troubleshoot the issue here.
To send us your system profile.
Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file and share in a private message or upload it to the post/ticket, and then reply to this post to bring it up in the queue.
Otherwise, I believe the is an issue with the backup database. If you are not on the latest version, please try to upgrade to 5.7.4.
