Even the dashlet was not added to a dashboard sapphire. Please find attached a screenshot for your reference.
Thanks

Re: Hostgroups not reflecting in Dashboards
If you create a new dashboard, does it allow you to add it to it?
Additionally, what version of mariadb do you have installed?
Additionally, what version of mariadb do you have installed?
Code: Select all
rpm -qa | grep -i mariadb

Hi Ssax,
If you create a new dashboard, does it allow you to add it to it?
>>>>>> Yes, I am able to add dashlet to newly created dashboard. I have created new dashboard named "testdashbaord" and added "windows servers" hostgroup. It is added successfully. Attached screenshot for your reference. Not sure why this issue only for existing dashboards?

Re: Hostgroups not reflecting in Dashboards
I talked to development about this and they are asking if those dashboards every had any special language characters in the names or if the XI system is now (or ever has been) in a different language? They said that if that is true you will need to recreate them in order to add to them because the system is having issues serializing/unserializing them. They said that there was a multibyte encoding issue in the past and that the dashboard was likely converted and that sometimes the conversion causes issues with the dashboards and that the only way to fix it is to recreate the dashboard.
Re: Hostgroups not reflecting in Dashboards
Hi Ssax,
Thanks for your support.
We have recreated the dashboard as there is no other solution.
We will monitor it for a few days and confirm the closure of this thread.
Thanks
