Hello there, attached is the database info requested for both our DEV environment (which is where we are at right now on our initial install) and then our PRD box (which we have yet to move to).
Thanks

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
Re: Database on Virtual Machine
Were you experiencing any issues with either machine or were you just wanting us to review what you have so far? The profile doesn't have any obvious errors and the databases are all pretty small.

Re: Database on Virtual Machine
We are doing ok so far but as i mentioned earlier in post, we are right sizing now for a huge amount of growth in the next quarter. We'll be migrated SCOM and Nimsoft as well as a legacy application monitoring tool to Nagios XI with a total check count between 12- 15k.
I have submitted a QuickStart form but have not heard back from anyone. How do we go about getting the support we need to right size / design our Nagios XI architecture and strategically prepare for this migration?
Thanks,
Deirdre

Re: Database on Virtual Machine
https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ements.pdf has some guidelines. I would likely start with 4 cores and 16GB of memory both on the XI system as well as the database and plan to implement these:

https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ios-XI.pdf
This should be a good starting point at least.
I'll ping our [email protected] team regarding the quickstart.
