Hi,
I ask you if there is a way or a modification to see host (icon image) and service (icon image) to be able to see them in Operation Center.
To see the icon, click on the host or service

If you open the host in Core Config Manager, you should be able to set an icon by adding one under the Misc Settings tab. For instance to show the Ubuntu logo, you would set the Status Image field to ubuntu.png. Look at the image names under
/usr/local/nagios/share/images/logos/
Nagios XI ships with a LOT of options. You can even set your own custom logos by adding them to the /usr/local/nagios/share/images/logos/ directory on the Nagios XI server. There are even some third-party plugins that add logos.
Setting a logo for a service is done the same way, in the Core Config Manager, under a service's Misc Settings tab.

Re: Nagiosxi - operation center
Hi,
thank you.
I have already configured the Misc Settings tab, but I don't see the icons in the Operation Center.
As soon as I click inside the host / service, I see the icon.

I would like to see icons from operation center as well
it's possible?

Hi,
Thanks for trying out Nagios XI. I don't believe the Operation Center is set up to display those icons right now. I can certainly submit a feature request on your behalf if you'd like. Just let us know.

Hi Benjamin,
Yes, thanks.
The pages is noc.php/nocscreenapi.php and would be very handy for many people.
I would like to try to change the code, but I'm sure I'll lose the changes in the next update.
If you still have the code to enter, I can try it.
Best regards,
-f

Hi,
Sounds good, I will get one submitted.
That's right if you modify these files they will be overwritten during upgrades, so it's not recommended.
Hope you are having a successful trial of Nagios XI. Feel free to open another post if you have any new questions.
