Nagios XI License keeps going into trial

My NagiosXi license continues to go into trial mode. Last night the license had dissapeared and I had to re-enter it. This morning the same thing occurred. Any idea why this is happening?

What version of XI is this server?
Is it activating fine once you enter it?

Activates fine. It shows that it expires in 284 days but it doesn't last long. It is version 5.6.3

Is there any database reverting going on or any type of automation that could be changing options
