login problem with trial

login problem with trial

I downloaded and installed the trial of Nagios XI and set up my login.
after setting up and trying to log in with the login name and password that I provided it keeps asking for login and not going any further.
I even copy pasted the log in name "nagiosadmin" and the password, but its not working.
is there a way to redo the setup steps or reset the password or do I have to completely reinstall nagios?

Let's try to reset the password. Please follow the steps in the following knowledgebase article, and let me know if you are able to log in.
