Not able to start/restart NCPA Listener on SUSE Ent 11

Hi netservllc,
Could you please try startup the NCPA daemon with "debug" turned on and upload the (error) info?

# /sbin/service ncpa_listener start

Turn on "debug" by setting the "loglevel = debug" inside:

Please also upload the following config and log files as well:
