Nagios XI ServiceNow Integration KB

I'm looking for the Nagios XI ServiceNow Integration KB, but I'm getting Access Denied. The link that I have is https://support.nagios.com/kb/article/n ... w-552.html. I also tried searching for ServiceNow in the KB, but there were no articles found.

Anyone know where I can find the KB?
