Hello,

We have a 2008 Windows server we get these 2 generic alerts in nagios.

Event log Application is Unknown. The system cannot find the path specified
Event log System is Unknown. The system cannot find the path specified

I would try rebooting the Windows server first. If that doesn't work, please post the full check command as run from the CLI to the thread so we can review the plugin and the arguments specified?

To send us your system profile.
Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
