Hi Ram,
We have a general guide on installing SSL certs with Nagiso XI. Take a look at page 6 to check the Apache config files to determine the location of the certificate on your system, it can vary.

Let us know if you have questions or need assistance.

Re: Nagios Certificate EXpired
Thanks for your reply. I actually followed the document and generated Private Key and CSR from Nagios server and Added CSR to GoDaddy and downloaded Certificate.
As per the location, I have latest Key, Cert and CSR file. I noticed SSL site was working fine but we noticed some SQL errors on our dashboard. Does that need any modification?
Thanks, Ram

Re: Nagios Certificate EXpired
I have somehow solved Certificate issues and portal is working fine now. But we are not receiving alerts for Critical, Acknowledgment and Recovery now. What could be the issue?
Thanks,
Ram

Hi Ram,
If that's not it, let me know the exact name of the host or services not sending these notifications and I'll check the configs for you in the system profile.
To download the system profile.
Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Please send this over in a private message and then update this thread so it pops up in our queue. Thanks, Benjamin
Typically, this is configuration settings or notification preferences. Click on the username in the upper right, and make sure you have set the notifications preferences for Critical, Acknowledgment and Recovery. But we are not receiving alerts for Critical, Acknowledgment and Recovery now.
