Host down times wrong

Post by cebicsupport »

Hello. We have a Nagios XI server that we built off of the VM image. When a host or service drops, XI immediately indicates that it has been down for about 7 hours. Has anyone else seen this and been able to fix it?

Thanks,

Are the php and system times synced? Go Admin->System Profile, copy and paste the "Date/Time" section - it should look something like this:

Code: Select all

Date/Time
PHP Timezone: America/Chicago
PHP Time: Fri, 24 Aug 2012 10:33:19 -0500
System Time: Fri, 24 Aug 2012 10:33:19 -0500
