Acknowlege Alarm

[FCC_Nagios_Support]

Hello,
I would like to know if an alarm appears in Critical and I acknown:

- Pass to Warning: Acknowledge dissapear?
- Pass to OK: Acknowledge dissapear?

Hi FCC_Nagios_Support,
When a service problem is acknowledged, future notifications about problems are temporarily disabled until the service changes from its current state.

- Pass to Warning: Acknowledge dissapear? ..... I believe acknowledgement is needed for new "Warning" state changed.
- Pass to OK: Acknowledge dissapear? ............. Nothing to acknowledge
