Autowizard gives no complrehensive info anymore ?

Post by hbronk »

Hi there is the new Nagios XI template not working anymore ?
I am rolling out on windows servers, installed the ncpa-2.3.0 agent on the machine and using the configuration windows wizard to configure it.

I tried both

Configuration Wizard: NCPA
NCPA
Monitor a host (Windows, Linux, OS X, Solaris, or AIX) using the Nagios Cross-Plaftorm Agent. 3.0.7

and the specific windows server one:
Windows Server
Monitor a Microsoft® Windows 2008, 2012, 2016, or 2019 server.
2.0.0

I used to see disk metrics and network interfaces filled in, collected by the agent.

Something is wrong with the latest update or what do i do wrong ?

I think that NCPA wizard update broke the functionality. I was able to replicate it on mine. One moment while I find the resolution.

Please take the attached zip file (this is the NCPA 3.0.6 wizard) and upload it in Admin > Manage Config Wizards to resolve the issue. I have alerted QA/Development on this. Thank you for reporting this!
configwizard-ncpa.zip
This will fix both the NCPA and the other wizards that rely on the NCPA smart wizard functionality.

EDIT: Development fixed this and the new 3.0.8 version should be available shortly through Admin > Manage Config Wizards > Check for Updates / Install Updates.
