Performance graphs only showing one graph

Post by noweda »

Hello support,

we are using a Fujitsu script to check Fujitsu server hardware(s. https://support.ts.fujitsu.com/prim_sup ... README.txt). Today we added some counters to the check and are now facing the problem, that only one of the performance counters is displayed as a performance graph.
Here is the screenshot:
Fujitsu_Systemstate.png
Until about 11:40, the only counter, that existed was "PowerConsumption", therefore the value was between 150 and 200. After that I implemented all the temperature counters and only the counter "Ambient" is displayed as a graph (and the value dropped to 18).

Here is the output of the check at CLI. First without temperature sensors and second with:
Fujitsu_Systemstate_check_output.png
As far as I can see, the performance counters are formatted correctly, but nevertheless, only one graph is displayed.
Can you tell me, what we can do, to add all counters as graphs?

Best regards
Christoph

Hi @noweda,

We have a knowledgebase article for troubleshooting these issues. Please follow the steps in the article below to increase the timeout an load_threshold ( to around 50-60) on this server. Then restart the npcd service and wait 15 minutes and let me know if you notice any improvement.

Nagios XI - Performance Graph Problems

If that does not correct the issue, please increase the verbosity of logging and post the output of the tail commands shown in the article.

Code: Select all

tail -f /usr/local/nagios/var/perfdata.log
# AND
tail -f /usr/local/nagios/var/npcd.log
Additionally, please send us system profile. Thanks, Benjamin
