ncpa windows checks multiple interface ve disk monitoring

Post by erkanerturk »

Hi

In windows, ncpa can check diks and interfaces. but we need to write a check for each one sperately (for disks C: D etc) and interfaces (EThernet0, ethernet2 and even ethernet0 2..)

instead of writing dfferent checks for disk drives and interfaces, can we check all disk in one time and all interfaces in one time?

can this be done with a parameter like "--all" or using regular expressions?

This is a question that comes up now and again...

There are lots of good ideas in that post, which you may find useful.

NCPA won't support checks like this natively until 3.0 comes out (which might not be too long...) but until then there are some workarounds that should get you close to what you're looking for.

I think you should be quicker..

such a trivial thing and customers wait..

nagios really gets far away from community and gets smaller

Hi,

We appreciate your feedback. I know this request has been out there for some time, and we do have plans to release NPCA 3.0 this year.

Let us know if you have any other questions or need assistance with anything else.

Best Regards,
Benjamin
