New feature add for thruk mailing report

Hi Team,

we are using thruk dashboard to pull the notification report. We would like to add one more column like this serves is belongs to which os(linux,windows...etc).In the attachment couple of columns are already predefined we would like add this as new.

Nagios XI doesn't come with thruk dashboard by default. Thruk is not one of our products. You are welcome to customize your Nagios XI instance if you wish, but this falls out of the scope of Nagios support. For such feature requests, you would need to contact the Thruk's developer. Thank you!
