Hello,
In our nagiosXI server we have configured one device HP device Hewlett-Packard Synergy 480 and Hewlett-Packard Synergy 12000 Frame, which was added previously and checks are receiving passively on to the nagios.
Now I need to add one more device so the current one was added by previous team, on checking I was unable to find how the passive checks are configured. so I need help can we configure passive check from these type of devices or is it SNMP trap which we seen the exist one.
Do we need to upload the MIB to receive the passive checks?
I have attached the screenshot which shows the existing services.

Upload MIBs by going to Admin (top menu) => Manage MIBs (left menu).

Hello,
I mean not from the nagios end, from the device end.

Check the manual for your specific device, or contact the manufacturer. Often one can find a PDF version of the manual online if one searches for it.
