Nagios Integration with HP Service Manager

Realized that I shouldn't have edited xi_host_notification_handler, I should have added the --mygroup="$_SERVICEMYTHINGY to xi_service_notification_handler instead. Removed the --mygroup="_SERVICEMYTHINGY from xi_host_notification handler and added it to xi_host_notification handler. I'm still not resolving Group: %mygroup% in the e-mail template as shown above. Also, made sure I added the _mythingy free variable to all C Drive services.

After much trial and error (mostly error) the modified e-mail alert is working. Please feel free to close out the case, and thank you for pointing me in the right direction to get this done. Sorry for all the screw-ups on my part.
