Total service number is less in Nagios Xi UI VS Core UI

Looks like we have 40 services not showing in nagios XI UI.
Anybody has face this in the past ?

For sure the alerting is working number one because we received alerts on a service not showing in XI.
We didnt do a reboot yet since we dont want to put our production at risk now .

What version of XI is this? Similar behavior has been reported on 5.7.x releases so you may want to consider upgrading if you're not on the latest.

We were on the 5.8.2 version of XI . We did upgrade to 5.8.3 last night as long as a full reboot and re-sync database .

The issue is still there . I did a extract of both full list and might have found a possible correlation .
The 40 missing services in XI are the same kind of check. What is weird is that we have a total of 500 probes using that type of check.
I will investigate further to try the find what is different between a working probe and a non-working one.

I have found the issue

There is a Bug somewhere in Nagios XI

All My 40 probe not showing has a something in common :

The field check_command in the configuration exceed a certain amount of characters therefore it does not show in the Nagios XI UI

i have one check that the field is 250 characters in length and it shows up in the ui
The checks that follows the field is 259 characters in length and does not shows up in the ui

I have dropped a service with a feild of 255 and it showed up .
