SNMP Traps Visible in NXTI but Not Alerting Out

Post by mrochelle »

I have been attempting to setup SNMP Traps from NLS and the snmp traps are coming in from NLS and showing up in NXTI. I have viewed the SNMP tutorials and documentation which clearly indicate how to address if not using NXTI. Attached is the snmptt.conf.nxti file. The traps come through as OK only.

You would need to edit the trap definition in Admin > SNMP Trap Interface > Defined Traps and change the Severity to Warning or Critical under the Passive Service Setup.
