Host/Service Configure tab options missing

Nagios Xi installed originally from VM image download from Nagios using SSL

After upgrading from 5.6.14 to 5.8.2 a few months back, the "Confiugre" tab that shows "Re-configure this host" or "Re-configure this service" for a service along with the delete this host or service do not exist on any host or service. This all shows up fine on the testing Nagios server I run upgrades on before production.

I have searched these forums and the support library site coming up with no solution, I could not find a setting anywhere that would enable/disable this option under Host or Service -> Configure tab -> Re-configure this host or service if viewing a service along with the delete option.

What permissions does the user that it's not showing for have in Admin > Manage Users? If it's not an admin, try with an admin account. Try just editing the user and clicking Update User without changing anything then see if that shows up then.

Please send me a copy of your profile, you can download it from Admin > System Profile by clicking the Download Profile button.

PM me the username that your are testing with as well.

This is the same case as the view in Nagios core link issue posted, its now working again for everything today, I have no idea why it was not showing up all last week while I was troubleshooting it and for other users as well. I will attach the profile.zip in PM (already sent) as well even through its a duplicate I just sent you in the other issue. I will re-open a new post if the issue returns, at this point I have no idea why it was broken and now its fixed.

Let me know if you find anything in the profile.zip that looks bad, I'm a but concerned as to what caused it but I am not able to replicate the issue now while I could never get the configure tab to show anywhere and for other admins as well the same issue but they can all see it now.
