Hello,
We have an offline environment and would like to deploy the ncpa agent, however I understand that requires access to external URLs to download the agent...
Is it possible to manually download the ncpa rpm into a local repository and deploy it from there?
If not, why is this not an option?

That's correct, you would still need to download the file, and then install it. The process is described in the post below.
install ncpa offline
