change url reset password

Hi,

I get a request "Change oobject and body email reset password" because it is impossible to modify the login.php file is encrypted.
I would just like to send the email with a text made by me and with a correct url (the public one).

Being able to modify the email with the external url or with something else.
How can I do?

Sorry but that file is encrypted so only the development team can change it.

I can submit a Feature Request to open it up so both the message and the URL can be changed by admin
