Alert Email customisation

HI Team,

How can we customise the notification email which Nagios is sending as part of the alert for the particular service.

We have a standard template for the notification alert but we are looking for particular host/service alert email.

Hi IT-OPS-SYS,

The notification templates can be deployed to specific users, so the way to solve this would be to use a different contact for this service and deploy the customize message to that contact.
