Request for call/health-check/professional services/upgrade

I'm reaching out today to ask what is available in terms of helping to "health-check" our setup and discuss best practices moving forward. We're looking to rebuild into an upgraded environment and would like to review how we're set up today and what changes we could make to get the most value out of our solution. Unfortunately I'm not fully read-in on how our contract and services are set up. Is this something you offer or do we need to work with a Value Added partner? I know our contracts are purchased through another party, but I'm not aware if they offer these services, or if there's anyone you recommend or if you offer this in-house. Initially we'd like to set up a call to just fact-gather and Q&A to establish what kinds of questions we need answered in advance and what opportunities for review are available.

We currently do not have a direct services program but prefer to work with our partners in local markets. Let me know where you are located and I can check with our partner manager on available options.

We're located in Iowa/Midwest USA. Are you able to access our account information based on my user or should we change this to direct messaging if you need more information? I'm not sure if you can see our contract/vendor information....
